On Father’s Day, Lucy and her father, Rodney, stood on the top of North America to complete their 50th state highpoint together. It was the culmination of 10 years of learning, exploring, and growing in the mountains together. The expedition started with nine climbers, but ended with only Lucy and Rodney making it to the top. This expedition completed Lucy’s goal, set 10 years ago at the age of 7, to be the youngest female to climb all 50 of the US state highpoints.
